I couldn't be happier with Jacqueline and the service she provided me. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and her experience in the industry really showed.I had attempted to sell my investment property "for sale by owner" and quickly found out I had priced it too high and that any offers I had received came through other realtors representing buyers and these offers were low and took in consideration that I was not paying the other half of the realtors commission, so in the end, if I had taken any of these offers I was not benefiting or saving any money anyway, and the paperwork and potential pitfalls of selling it myself was not worth it. Jacqueline contacted me and we met and the rest is history. Jacqueline is an amazing person to work with. she is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and down to earth. we worked with her back in 2013 with our first purchase being young adults, at ages 20 and 23. she made the process so smooth then and again in 2018 when we sold out first home and bought a new one as out family has grown. she was on top of her work and was always there for us even the late night questions and concerns we had. we went through the wringer this time around buying our new home but she stayed patient and confident and kept up us int he loop and made us feel worry free. she is more then amazing and we will defiantly be contacting her again when and if we decide to need do real-estate business in the future! thank you for everything Jackie!!!!
